This dry marinade is great for rubbing any meat: from filet mignon to classic burger. This seasoning adds aroma of grilled meat.
Time: 10 мин. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. l light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. l seasoning “Italian herbs”
- 2 tbsp. l mustard powder
- 2 tbsp. l granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp. l sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp. l ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. l chopped dried orange zest
- 2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp seasonings for pumpkin pie
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Mix brown sugar, Italian seasoning in a bowl, mustard, garlic, paprika, ginger, orange zest, salt, seasoning for pumpkin pie, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Grind in a spice mill to medium grinding. Sprinkle Season in a sealed container and store in a cool, dry place. up to 2 months.
