Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 tbsp. very cold cream
- 1/4 Art. marshmallows
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. cold whole milk
- 1/4 Art. chocolate syrup
- 3 tbsp. chocolate ice cream
- Grated dark chocolate, for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Beat with a mixer at high speed cream, marshmallows and vanilla extract, until a thick mass is formed.
- Mix milk with chocolate syrup in a blender. Add chocolate ice cream and mix until smooth.
- Fill 4 tall glasses with one quarter cocktail, add 1 tbsp. l whipped cream. Then continue to fill glasses in the same sequence completing the last layer whipped cream. Sprinkle grated chocolate with smoothies.
