Recipe preparation:

  5. Gently dip it in hot oil, flip immediately slotted spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom. Repeat the same with the remaining eggs. Fry, turning, until light golden crusts, about 2 minutes. Lay eggs on a laid paper towel plate, let lie for 5 minutes, then serve.
