Curry Powder – Recipe – A detailed recipe for cooking. with friends: Photo Curry Powder - RecipeTime: 5 minutes The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. l whole roasted seeds of Roman caraway seeds (zira)
  • 2 tbsp. l whole fried cardamom fruits
  • 2 tbsp. l whole roasted coriander seeds
  • 1/4 Art. ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipes with similar ingredients: cumin, curry, cardamom, coriander, mustard powder, ground cayenne pepper, turmeric

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in a container with a sealed lid. Shake to mix the spices. Store in a cool, dry place. up to 6 months Before use, grind in a mill and add to dishes to taste. Output: 1/2 tbsp.
