Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 pack (225 gr.) Natural yogurt
- 450 gr peeled and finely chopped cucumbers
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill plus twigs dill for decoration
- 3 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Pita triangles, and sticks of fresh vegetables as side dish

Recipe preparation:
- Put the yogurt in a sieve covered with gauze, set it on bowl, cover and let stand in a cool place for 6 hours
- Pour the liquid from the bowl and mix the strainer in it. yogurt, cucumbers squeezed between a paper towel, sliced dill, garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt to taste. Give the sauce stand, cover it and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours so that it insisted. Stir the sauce, garnish with sprigs of dill and serve with pieces of pita. Exit: 2 tbsp.
