Cucumber and pineapple tequila cooler

Cocktails coolers (from English cool – cool) excellent refresh on a hot day. Mix tequila with freshly squeezed juices lime, pineapple and cucumber, sweeten with agave and serve. 18 + Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health!

Photo Cucumber-pineapple tequila cooler Time: 10 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. diced pineapple
  • 2 peeled limes
  • 1 seedless cucumber, peeled and mugs of cucumber for decoration
  • 150 ml. silver tequila
  • 1.5 tbsp. ice cubes and some more to serve
  • 1 tbsp. l agave nectar
  • A pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare a juicer (or blender). Squeeze the juice out pineapple, lime and cucumber. Mix the juices. Into a shaker or jug pour tequila, add all the juice, ice, agave and salt. Shake or stir vigorously to cool the cocktail.
  2. Line up 4 tall cylindrical glasses filled with ice, and pour a cocktail in them. Serve with a straw and a slice cucumber on the rim of a glass.
