As you prepare for Easter, besides traditional colored eggs, try cook and crunchy sweet eggs. They are not difficult to form, look interesting and this is a great way to bring to the festive children’s preparations. For crispy eggs you will need plastic forms. Fill them with sticky mass of popped rice, creamy butter and melted marshmallows, and put in the middle a little chocolate egg or candy. - 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Salted butter
- 280 gr mini marshmallow
- 6 tbsp. air rice (breakfast cereals)
- Various sprinkles for decoration
- Special equipment: plastic mold for easter eggs and clean egg tray

Recipe preparation:
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallow and mix. Remove from heat, then add stir rice and evenly cover it with marshmallows mass.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and fill both halves plastic egg mold, slightly overflowing one side. If a the mixture is too sticky, you can sprinkle your hands with a light culinary spray.
- Press the chocolate egg into the center of one half, then close a plastic mold to form an egg. The shape should be full enough to close you feel a little resistance.
- Gently release the crispy egg from the mold, decorate with any sprinkle and place in the egg tray. Repeat the same with the remaining rice mixture and chocolate eggs.
