  • 1/8 tsp kajun seasoning “Angel Dust” (see recipe below)
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. l chilled and sliced ​​creamy oils

Jamaican Jerk Marinade

  • 2 tbsp. l ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp. thinly chopped green onions (white and green parts)
  • 1 tbsp. l peeled and chopped chili habanero
  • 1.5 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tbsp. l dark rum

  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp cane syrup or molasses
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 tsp habanero hot pepper sauce

  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Baked Garlic Puree

  • 1 tbsp. peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Cajun seasoning “Angel Dust”

  • 3 tbsp. l hungarian paprika
  • 1.5 tbsp. l spanish paprika
  • 5 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder

Recipe preparation:

  1. Creamy Jerk Sauce

    Combine all of the listed ingredients except butter in medium-sized saucepan and place it on high heat.
