  • 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bottle of strong cider (500 ml.)
  • 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp spice for pumpkin pie
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp. grated cheddar (about 340 gr.)
  • Chopped chives for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it turns brown and crispy, about 7 min Put on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
