Ingredients for the recipe:
- 120 gr. curd cheese, loosen
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bottle of strong cider (500 ml.)
- 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp spice for pumpkin pie
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. grated cheddar (about 340 gr.)
- Chopped chives for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it turns brown and crispy, about 7 min Put on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix with flour and garlic; fry, stirring, until combined for about 2 minutes.
