Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

  • 500 gr. fresh cranberries
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lime slices, for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 3 tbsp. vodka
  • 1 liter tonic

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix cranberries and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan. Add vanilla extract and cook, stirring over medium heat, 5-6 minutes.
  2. Mix vodka and cranberry mixture, pour into suitable sized glass jars. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 week. Then strain, removing the entire cake. Cranberry vodka can be stored in the refrigerator.
  3. Fill a tall glass half with ice, then pour 60 ml. cranberry vodka and top with tonic, garnish with lime.
