- 350 gr fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3 tbsp. Sahara
- 1.5 tbsp. water
- 2 vanilla pods cut lengthwise
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- A pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. l Dijon mustard

Recipe preparation:
- Start with a simple syrup: dissolve sugar in water in average stewpan. Add the vanilla pods and bring to boiling. Add orange juice and cranberries, a pinch of salt and a little ground black pepper. Cook over low heat until cranberries will not burst and become soft, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix with Dijon mustard. Chill cranberry sauce before serving. The sauce can be prepared in 2 days earlier. Before serving, garnish the sauce with fresh grated orange zest. Exit: 7.5 tbsp.
