  • 350 gr concentrated cranberry juice
  • 4 tbsp. red wine
  • 1/3 Art. honey
  • Cranberries and slices of orange, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fold in cheesecloth, folded in two layers of cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, roll in a bag and tie in a knot.
  2. Dilute concentrated cranberry juice with water in a saucepan, as indicated on the package. Add wine, honey and a bag of spices. Put the pan on the stove, cover and cook on low heat 2 – 3 hours. At the end of time, remove the spices and cool punch to room temperature. Pour the punch into the glasses and decorate cranberry berries and slices of orange.
