- 150 gr. cranberries, about 1.5 tbsp., washed and touched
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3/4 Art. Sahara
- 1/2 tsp lime zest

Recipe preparation:
- Put water, cranberries and sugar in a small pan, put on a moderately high fire and cook until the berries begin to burst, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Puree with a blender, or in a food processor, for 1 minutes. Pass the mixture through a sieve directly into the metal 32 cm form. Do not push the cake. Just let drip juice through the holes. Add the zest and mix.
- Keep in the freezer until hardened, from 6 hours until night. When the mixture hardens, scrape it off with a fork to create a loose ice texture. Serve granite immediately.
