Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 – 8 Recipes used volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 150 gr. cranberries, about 1.5 tbsp., washed and touched
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put water, cranberries and sugar in a small pan, put on a moderately high fire and cook until the berries begin to burst, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Puree with a blender, or in a food processor, for 1 minutes. Pass the mixture through a sieve directly into the metal 32 cm form. Do not push the cake. Just let drip juice through the holes. Add the zest and mix.
  3. Keep in the freezer until hardened, from 6 hours until night. When the mixture hardens, scrape it off with a fork to create a loose ice texture. Serve granite immediately.
