  • 3/4 Art. couscous
  • 1/2 tbsp. dried cherries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Roasted Almonds, Sliced
  • Honey

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix cow and almond milk, sugar in a saucepan, almond extract and a pinch of salt, bring to a boil with medium temperature. Add couscous, dried cherries and a cinnamon stick, cover and cook for 2 minutes. Remove pan from stove and give stand for 8 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork, remove a cinnamon stick and put in bowls. Sprinkle roasted almonds on top of the pudding and honey.
