Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan to medium temperature. Add onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, sausage, paprika, garlic, red pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir, stir, until vegetables are soft, about 15 minutes.
