Mojito

  • 1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
  • 120 ml. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 120 ml. sugar syrup, recipe see below
  • 480 ml. chilled coconut water
  • 250 ml chilled white rum
  • Ice

Sugar syrup

  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour lime juice, sugar syrup into a jug and lay the leaves peppermint. Knead the mint so that it puts its oils in.
  2. Pour coconut water and rum. Fill the jug with ice, that’s it mix and refrigerate. Sugar syrup: in medium-sized saucepan mix sugar and 1 tbsp. water. On moderately bring to a boil over high heat.
