Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the coconut on a folded towel in a large bowl. Find 3 recesses at 1 end of the coconut and insert a nail or screwdriver, with use a hammer to make 2 holes. Flip Coconut Over container and pour coconut water. Keep water tight container in the refrigerator for a week.
