Photo of the dish: Лайза ХуббардTime: 10 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 10 – 12 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. watermelon pulp
- 120 ml. Alize Red Cash Liqueur or any fruit liqueur
- 240 ml. gina
- 2 tbsp. Sauer mixture (a mixture of lemon juice and sugar syrup in equal parts)
- A sparkling wine
- Lime slices for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Rub the watermelon pulp into a bowl through a sieve. Shift watermelon puree in a jug, add liquor, gin and sauer mixture, mix and put in a cold place. Before serving, add sparkling wine to the jug. Serve watermelon sour in chilled glasses, garnished with a slice of lime.
