The recipe for a cocktail with tequila – Smash piquant with raspberries. Hot chili peppers, raspberries and ice were placed in a large jug, and filled with lemon-lime lemonade, with the addition of tequila, grapefruit and lime juices, and agave syrup. Then the cocktail was poured several times into another mixing jug. The rims of the glasses were decorated with grapefruit salt, and poured a cocktail, garnished with lime slices. one 8 + Excessive alcohol consumption harms your health!

For cocktails:
- 12 berries of fresh raspberries
- 4 thin slices of jalapeno pepper
- 360 ml. tequila (preferably Tequila Blanco made from blue agave juice)
- 360 ml. freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice
- 90 ml. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 90 ml. agave syrup
- 300 ml soda water (sparkling water) or lemon lime lemonade
For grapefruit salt:
- 1/4 Art. coarse salt
- Grapefruit Zest 1
- Lime wedges, for glasses

Recipe preparation:
- Prepare cocktails: crush in a glass jug pestle raspberries and jalapenos, then half fill ice. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup. Take the second jug (the same volume) and pour into it from first, continue pouring from jug to jug until full mixing cocktail. Add soda.
- Prepare grapefruit salt: crush the salt in a mortar and zest of grapefruit, then pour into a dish. Wet the edges of the glasses a slice of lime, then immerse in grapefruit salt. Fill glasses of cocktail.
