- 1 stem of lemongrass

- Ice
- 2 tbsp. chilled pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. chilled white rum
- A pinch of salt
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint or lemongrass for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- The reverse side of a heavy cook knife beat off the stem lemongrass, so that the inner fibers become visible, and cut into 2.5 cm long pieces.
