Cocktail float is an ice cream based drink with the addition of sparkling water and various ingredients. Feature such a cocktail is that on top of the cocktail whipped cream or ice cream is laid out, thus floating on surface they look like a float.

- 550 ml. strawberries cut into 4 parts
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 550 ml. quality vanilla ice cream
- 750 ml. Prosecco chilled sparkling wine

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries with sugar and leave for 30 minutes. Strawberry spread in 4 wine glasses, add 1 spoon ice cream. Pour Prosecco sparkling wine from above.
