Cocktail float “Cream soda with berries”

Recipe for a non-alcoholic cocktail float with cream soda and berries. The cocktail consists of ice cream and a mixture of berries drenched in cream soda. Topped with whipped vanilla cream.

Cocktail float is an ice cream based drink with the addition of sparkling water and various ingredients. Feature such a cocktail is that on top of the cocktail whipped cream or ice cream is laid out, thus floating on surface they look like a float.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. chilled butter cream
  • 2 tbsp. l powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste (or seeds from 1 vanilla pod)
  • 1 tbsp. mixes of berries
  • 1100 ml. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 liter red cream soda

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare vanilla whipped cream: in a large bowl whip cream, icing sugar and vanilla paste until thick foam. In 4 cups, lay the berries one by one and 2 tablespoons of ice cream.
