- 2 tbsp. low-fat cream (10% fat)
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 whole nutmeg, chopped
- 1 vanilla bean, cut lengthwise and take out the seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
For a cocktail:
- 60 gr brandy
- 60 gr roma
- 60 gr bourbon
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh nutmeg

Recipe preparation:
- Cook custard: mix in a medium saucepan cream-sized, nutmeg, and vanilla seed pods, bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the stove and give cool the milk mixture for 5 minutes.
- Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Continuing to whisk add warm milk mixture, then pour back into the pan and cook over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture will not thicken, about 10 minutes. Strain the cream and refrigerate until room temperature, refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Prepare a cocktail: pour sugar and nutmeg, mix. Dip the edges of a martini glass into the water, then immerse in a sugar mixture. Repeat for the remaining 7 glasses. Halve custard, brandy, rum and bourbon. Mix with ice with a shaker custard, brandy, rum and bourbon. Then strain in 4 glasses. With the remaining components repeat the same for the remaining 4 glasses.
