Recipes use measuring containers. volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

For syrup:

  • 1/2 tbsp. strong brewed hibiscus tea
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara

For a cocktail:

  • 30 ml Hibiscus tea syrup
  • 60 ml. whiskey or bourbon
  • 1/2 orange juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper to decorate the glass

Recipe preparation:

  1. Make syrup: dissolve sugar in hot tea hibiscus, cool.
  2. Prepare the glass: dampen the edge of the martini glass and immerse it in ground black pepper.
  3. To make a cocktail: mix tea syrup in a shaker hibiscus, whiskey, orange juice and some ice. Meticulously shake the cocktail, then strain into the prepared glass.
