Ingredients for the recipe:
For tea syrup:
- 1/4 Art. honey
- 1/4 Art. fresh mint
- 1/4 Art. water
- 1 bag of black tea
For one serving of cocktail:
- 70 ml bourbon
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l tea syrup
- Sparkling water
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Make tea syrup: mix in a small saucepan water, honey and fresh mint, bring to a boil. Remove pan from cookers, add a tea bag, cover and leave for 30 min., insist. Strain the syrup through a sieve and cool.
- To make a cocktail: fill the shaker with ice, pour bourbon, lemon juice and add 1 tbsp. l tea syrup. Then shake the shaker and strain the cocktail into a glass. Add to glass ice and pour sparkling water to the top. Garnish a cocktail with a slice lemon and mint leaves.
