Ingredients for the recipe:
- 45 ml. gina
- 15 ml liqueur cream de violet
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 8 ml limoncello liquor
- Absinthe for glasses
- Chilled sparkling water
- Canned brandy cherries for decoration

- Fill the shaker half with ice. Add the gin cream de violet, lime juice and limoncello and shake well.
- Strain the cocktail in a glass moistened with absinthe. Spit sparkling water and garnish with cherries.
