Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 peaches (approximately 700 gr.), Cut in half, seeds delete
  • 1/4 Art. ultrafine sugar and a little more to serve
  • 1/4 Art. water
  • 1 bottle Prosecco (750 ml.), Chilled

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate peaches in a jug. Add sugar and water and put the jug in the refrigerator to cool the drink and sugar dissolved.
  2. Before serving, dip the chilled champagne glass on the rim into sugar. Then pour 1/8 of the peach mixture into a glass and complement the cocktail with Prosecco wine. Stir lightly and serve.
