Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the contents of the cans with tomatoes in a bowl and mash them fork or hands, leaving a few pieces. In thick-walled 2 liter pan pour olive oil, put it on moderately strong fire and heat a little. Lay the bow and fry until slightly transparent. Add garlic and fry about a minute until golden brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Quickly bring to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste, add fresh basil and oregano. If desired, you can add a little sugar if sour tomatoes. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, at least 15 min If you are not going to use immediately, cool and store in sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Exit: 3 tbsp.
