Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 Art. cider vinegar 5%
- 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3/4 Art. finely chopped gherkins
- 1/2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp celery salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Combine egg yolks and apple cider vinegar in a food processor. With the combine turned on, add a little oil and mix to the state of the emulsion. If the mixture began to thicken very much, then add oil faster.
