Classic homemade mayonnaise

In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 Art. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the egg yolks in a food processor bowl and add vinegar and mustard. Season with salt to taste.
  2. Turn on the combine and slowly start adding oil. Drip drop by drop until the mixture looks like mayonnaise, then you can add oil in a thin stream. Output: 2 tbsp.
