Difficulty: Easy Servings: 8 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

For cinnamon syrup:

  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 4 cinnamon rolls

For a drink:

  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • Fresh raspberries

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour into a pan 1 tbsp. water, add sugar and cinnamon sticks. Put the pan on the stove and heat, stirring, until until sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup and pour into filled ice jug.
  2. Add grapefruit juice, cold water and a little to the jug raspberries, mix.
