My husband is a creepy sweet tooth and he begged for a very long time to cook home jam from Chinese, where the apples are whole. And i did this! The jam is ready and it is beautiful. These delicious apples in thick syrup like marmalade.

- Wash the apples. Ponytails optionally leave.
- Pour in water and bring to a boil, hot water immediately to drain.
- For syrup, put water and sugar on a slow fire in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Pierce the apples with a toothpick in several places. And send in boiling syrup. Leave there until completely cooled.
- Next, bring to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes on the very slow fire.
- Repeat every hour 2 times.
- For the third time we boil for about 30 minutes.
- We put apples in sterilized jars and pour in syrup to the top. Close in a convenient way.
