My husband is a creepy sweet tooth and he begged for a very long time to cook home jam from Chinese, where the apples are whole. And i did this! The jam is ready and it is beautiful. These delicious apples in thick syrup like marmalade.

  1. Wash the apples. Ponytails optionally leave.
  2. Pour in water and bring to a boil, hot water immediately to drain.
  3. For syrup, put water and sugar on a slow fire in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  4. Pierce the apples with a toothpick in several places. And send in boiling syrup. Leave there until completely cooled.
  5. Next, bring to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes on the very slow fire.
  6. Repeat every hour 2 times.
  7. For the third time we boil for about 30 minutes.
  8. We put apples in sterilized jars and pour in syrup to the top. Close in a convenient way.
