Chickpea and bell pepper hummus

A healthy and tasty Middle Eastern hummus appetizer is prepared on basis of chickpea puree. The essential ingredients of this sauce are also applies olive oil, sesame paste tahini, lemon juice and garlic. The remaining spices and additional ingredients are selected at will and to varying degrees change the taste of each individual hummus. A good addition to hummus, for example, is baked or fried red bell peppers. Grind all the ingredients in blender and serve a snack with crispy slices of pita for макания.   • 1 tbsp. fried red bell peppers
  • 1/4 Art. tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp ground zira
  • 2 tbsp. l finely chopped parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:

  3. Serve hummus with crispy slices spread around pitas.
