Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr pitted frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp. ice crumbs, plus some more to serve
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh mint leaves (tamp)
- 1/3 Art. freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 3 limes)
- 1 tbsp. citrus rum
- 1 and 2/3 Art. lime syrup, see recipe below
- Lime slices and fresh cherry, for decoration
- 2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 tbsp. water
- 3 lime zest

Recipe preparation:
- Put frozen cherries, ice crumbs, leaves in a blender mint, lime juice, rum and syrup. Beat until smooth. Pour out mix in chilled glasses and put ice crumbs on top. Garnish with lime slices and cherries.
- Lime Syrup: In a small saucepan over medium heat mix sugar, water and lime zest. Bring to a boil, reduce fire and simmer for 5 minutes, periodically stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool for 20 minutes. Before use strain.
