Cherry Cooler with Canned Chili Sauce
- 350 gr cherry puree
- 270 ml. silver tequila
- 250 ml lemon juice
- 85 gr. Chipotle puree (canned adobo sauce chipotle)
- Ice
Lemon syrup
- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- Zest with 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 Art. lemon juice
Chipotle salt
- 5 tbsp. l chipotle powder
- 3 tbsp. l coarse salt

Recipe preparation:
- Syrup: bring to a boil 1 tbsp. water with sugar and lemon zest. Reduce temperature and simmer 5 minutes. Strain and cool. Stir in lemon juice.
