- 170 gr hibiscus buds
- 2 l water
- 110 gr. thinly sliced ginger
- Ice cubes
- Simple sugar syrup (as needed)
- 60 ml. lime juice
- 110 ml. roma

Recipe preparation:
- Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and add buds hibiscus and ginger. Let it brew for about 45 minutes. Strain.
- Put ice cubes in the shaker. For two servings, pour into a shaker 60-90 ml. strained juice, 60 ml. sugar syrup, some juice lime and a glass of rum. Shake well and pour into glasses.
