The basis of the dish is a thin Italian pasta cappellini (or hair angel), the preparation of which takes only a few minutes, and it means that with the sauce you’ll spend less than half an hour on it. Half-cooked paste intervenes in saturated garlic and tomato sauce with green peas and brought to readiness in the pan. At the very end, stir in the parmesan, which will balance Tomato flavor with its creaminess, and sprinkle with fresh basil for bright bouquet of Mediterranean aromas. - 1/4 Art. extra virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. frozen green peas, thaw
- 0.5 tbsp. fresh basil, coarsely chopped + optional for filing
- 0.5 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese (approx. 30 gr.)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan, bring salted water to a boil.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and fry, stirring constantly, until it is browned around the edges, about 1 minute. Add tomato paste to pan and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add red flakes pepper, then pour 1.5 tbsp. boiling water; mix to dissolve tomato paste. Simmer until the sauce is half full. evaporate, about 5 minutes, adding in the middle of cooking peas. Salt to taste.
- Meanwhile, add the paste to the boiling water and cook until it will not become a little softer, 2-4 minutes. Cast separately 0.5 tbsp. water, Sow the rest. Add the pasta to the pan along with the basil; stir on medium heat, adding more water if necessary from pasta until pasta becomes al dente texture. Take off fire and stir 1/4 tbsp. Parmesan Sprinkle each serving with basil and the remaining parmesan.
