  • garlic – 2 heads.

Cucumbers are cleaned of twigs and inflorescences and washed thoroughly. All available raw materials are cut into approximately equal slices, which, if necessary, can be cut into 2 parts across (if the cucumber is too long). It all adds up to a big a plastic bowl where sugar, salt, pepper are added, then squeezed garlic.

After a short stirring, a glass of vinegar is added and vegetable oil. The cucumbers are thoroughly mixed again, covered with a towel and allowed to marinate for 2 hours. You can stir occasionally, because cucumbers will give own juice and better soaked in dressing.
