Cabbage Smoothie Cale

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. kale
  • 1 tbsp. grape
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1/2 pear, core
  • 1/2 banana sliced

  1. Combine kale, grapes, orange juice, pear, banana and 1/2 Art. water in a blender with ice. Beat until smooth. mass. Exit: 950 ml. Recipe for a smoothie with feces.
