Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 kg. young carrots (preferably different colors), cut the tops
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp. l tablespoons of fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 1 tsp coriander seed
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet with moderately high temperature. Add coriander seeds and fry 30 sec. Then add carrots, lime and orange juices, brown sugar, 1/4 tbsp. water, 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce temperature to moderately low. Cook, occasionally stirring, until soft carrots, 13 – 15 min. Evaporate the liquid without a lid at medium temperature, stirring for about 8 to 10 minutes. Put the stew with coriander carrots on a dish and sprinkle with cilantro.
