Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. fresh lime juice
  • 3 and 1/4 Art. tomato-oyster juice, see cooking below
  • 3/4 tsp hot sauce, (recommended: Tobasco)
  • Salt for glass decoration
  • 2 cans (330 ml each.) Of beer
  • Celery sticks for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a jug, mix lime juice, tomato-oyster juice and hot sauce. Mix well and cool. Sprinkle a small amount salt in a shallow plate. Moisten the edges of tall glasses and immerse in salt.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and pour a cocktail. Add beer and decorate each glass with a celery stick. Tomato-oyster juice Mix 1/4 tbsp. oyster broth with 3 tbsp. tomato juice.
