Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 Art. fresh lime juice, plus garnish wedges
- 3 and 1/4 Art. tomato-oyster juice (or 3 tbsp. tomato juice, mixed with 1/4 tbsp. oyster broth)
- 3/4 tsp hot sauce
- Coarse salt to decorate glasses
- 2 cans (330 ml each.) Beer, chilled
- Celery stalks, for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- In a jug, combine lime juice, tomato-oyster juice and hot sauce. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
- Pour a small amount of salt into a shallow plate. Moisten the edges of 4 tall glasses with water and dip in salt. Fill up with ice, then half fill with tomato mixture. Top up beer and garnish cocktails with celery stalks and lime slices.
