Difficulty: Easy Servings: 4 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 Art. fresh lime juice, plus garnish wedges
  • 3 and 1/4 Art. tomato-oyster juice (or 3 tbsp. tomato juice, mixed with 1/4 tbsp. oyster broth)
  • 3/4 tsp hot sauce
  • Coarse salt to decorate glasses
  • 2 cans (330 ml each.) Beer, chilled
  • Celery stalks, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a jug, combine lime juice, tomato-oyster juice and hot sauce. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
  2. Pour a small amount of salt into a shallow plate. Moisten the edges of 4 tall glasses with water and dip in salt. Fill up with ice, then half fill with tomato mixture. Top up beer and garnish cocktails with celery stalks and lime slices.
