Berry blast

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 glasses of any berries
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2-3 clove buds
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (3-5 g)

Recipes with similar ingredients: lingonberries, cranberries, cherries, currants, raisins, honey, lemon zest, cloves, cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour the berries with sugar and leave for 20-30 minutes. Then pour 1 liter of hot water, add spices and raisins. Cover and place in an oven heated to 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Blast cool, remove the buds of cloves and cinnamon, pour into glasses and serve.
