If fresh berries are out of season, use frozen berries, to make a bright, high fiber smoothie. Beetroot adds satiety to the cocktail, and is also a source antioxidants and fiber.

- 2 tbsp. frozen berry mixture (strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil

Recipe preparation:
- Stack berries in a blender, 0.5 tbsp. cold water, beets, juice lemon, honey and coconut oil. Grind at high speed to homogeneity, periodically mixing the ingredients when turned off blender with a spatula or wooden spoon. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp. l water to achieve the desired consistency.
