  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced or 150 gr. canned peaches
  • 3/4 Art. ginger syrup recipe see below

Ginger Syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • One slice (10 cm.) Of fresh ginger, sliced

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large jug, combine beer, peach nectar, peaches and ginger syrup; mix.
  2. Serve immediately. Ginger Syrup: In a small pan 1/2 tbsp. water, sugar and ginger. Bring syrup to boil at high temperature. Reduce heat and simmer until until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Give syrup cool completely, about 20 minutes. Strain before using.
