- Three bottles (330 ml.) Chilled light beer
- 3 tbsp. (700 ml.) Chilled peach nectar
- 2 fresh peaches, sliced or 150 gr. canned peaches
- 3/4 Art. ginger syrup recipe see below
Ginger Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- One slice (10 cm.) Of fresh ginger, sliced

Recipe preparation:
- In a large jug, combine beer, peach nectar, peaches and ginger syrup; mix.
- Serve immediately. Ginger Syrup: In a small pan 1/2 tbsp. water, sugar and ginger. Bring syrup to boil at high temperature. Reduce heat and simmer until until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Give syrup cool completely, about 20 minutes. Strain before using.
