Beer and Grapefruit Cocktail

Ireland has almost become synonymous with Guinness, but in recent years this famous brand produces not only dark beer stout. Complexity: easy Quantity: 1 cocktail Recipes use measured containers volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 25 ml aperol liquor
  • 15 ml grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml honey syrup, recipe see below
  • 2 ml grapefruit bitter
  • Light beer pilsner
  • Grapefruit peel spiral (twist) and a sprig of mint for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes and crushed ice. In a shaker with mix aperol, grapefruit and lemon juice, honey syrup with ice and bitter. Shake well and strain into prepared glass.
  2. Pour beer into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist and a sprig peppermint. Honey syrup: take honey and water in equal parts; heat in a saucepan, stirring until honey dissolves. Cool.
