  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
  • Italian focaccia tortilla, for serving (optional)
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grate steak 1/4 tsp. salt. Heat in a large pan with moderately high temperature olive oil. Put the steak on pan and fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes each. from each side. Transfer meat to a dish.
  2. Add garlic to the pan and fry a little. Add onion, sweet peppers and fry, occasionally stirring until vegetables are slightly soften for about 4 minutes Add pepperoni peppers, mashed tomatoes, oregano, pepper flakes and 3/4 tbsp. water, mix and bring to a boil. Submerge the meat in the sauce and simmer when low boiling, once overturned, approximately 7 min. Take out sauce steak and put on a cutting board, leave for 5 min Continue to boil the sauce until it thickens, yet about 3 minutes
  3. Cut the steak into thin slices across the fibers and split per serving. Top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Serve steak with focaccia tortilla.
