Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp. l brown sugar coffee cocoa powder, mustard powder, chili powder, cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, mix the mixture until smooth. Add beef pulp and roll in the resulting mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron pan. Add meat and brown over medium heat for 3 to 6 minutes. with each side. You get a medium-sized steak. Set steak on chopping board and leave for a while.
- Add to the pan with meat juice 1 tsp. brown sugar onion, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Fry at moderately high stirring constantly until the onions are soft and golden, about 5 minutes Add sweet pepper and 1/4 tbsp. hot boiled water, cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice.
