Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a bowl 2 tbsp. l brown sugar coffee cocoa powder, mustard powder, chili powder, cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, mix the mixture until smooth. Add beef pulp and roll in the resulting mixture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a cast-iron pan. Add meat and brown over medium heat for 3 to 6 minutes. with each side. You get a medium-sized steak. Set steak on chopping board and leave for a while.
  3. Add to the pan with meat juice 1 tsp. brown sugar onion, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper to taste. Fry at moderately high stirring constantly until the onions are soft and golden, about 5 minutes Add sweet pepper and 1/4 tbsp. hot boiled water, cook for about 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice.
  4. Cut the steak into slices across the fibers. Fork steak by plates, add fried vegetables and pour meat juice. Serve steak with lime slices and corn bread.
