Beef Steak Marinade

Although beef ribeye steak is quite self-sufficient for to enjoy its taste it’s enough to salt, pepper and meat fry, the time comes when you want something new. To to give juicy tender beef steak a new palette of flavors, Pickle it briefly with this recipe. Fried meat will be more softer and smoother. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 0.5 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Art. cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. l ground zira
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Honey
  • 1 tbsp. l natural mesquite liquid smoke

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk ketchup, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, cumin, chopped red pepper, oregano and garlic. Output: 2 tbsp.
  2. Lubricate the steaks on both sides with honey and put them in the marinade. Leave to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Remove the marinade steaks and pat them with paper towels. Salt, pepper and fry to the desired degree roasting.
