BBQ Sauce – Classic

Barbecue sauce goes well with all meat dishes. Special goes well with charcoal-fried meat, makes it taste richer and more interesting. Marinate the meat in barbecue sauce, or spread during frying, or pour a dish already cooked. This classic barbecue sauce will not last long in your холодильнике! Photo BBQ Sauce - Classic Time: 1 hour. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. chili sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. cane sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. l steak sauce
  • 2 tbsp. l spicy mustard
  • 2 tbsp. l Worcester sauce

Recipes with similar ingredients: barbecue sauce, chili sauce, sauce for steak, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan with a thick bottom over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add onion, garlic and fry, constantly stirring for 8 minutes until golden.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down the fire. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce slightly thicken, about 40 minutes
  3. Let the finished sauce cool completely. Store barbecue sauce in refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 weeks. Exit: 2 tbsp. Lubricate the meat with the sauce while frying for 10 min. until ready.
