Barbecue sauce goes well with all meat dishes. Special goes well with charcoal-fried meat, makes it taste richer and more interesting. Marinate the meat in barbecue sauce, or spread during frying, or pour a dish already cooked. This classic barbecue sauce will not last long in your холодильнике! Time: 1 hour. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. chili sauce
- 0.5 tbsp. cane sugar
- 0.5 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. l steak sauce
- 2 tbsp. l spicy mustard
- 2 tbsp. l Worcester sauce

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan with a thick bottom over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add onion, garlic and fry, constantly stirring for 8 minutes until golden.
- Then add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down the fire. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce slightly thicken, about 40 minutes
- Let the finished sauce cool completely. Store barbecue sauce in refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 weeks. Exit: 2 tbsp. Lubricate the meat with the sauce while frying for 10 min. until ready.
